MBA Salaries in Pharma and Healthcare

Updated UpdatedMBA salaries in the pharmaceuticals and healthcare sector are the highest of all industries, according to TopMBA.com research.
Excluding bonuses, average MBA pay packets in the pharmaceuticals and healthcare sector average US$100,150 per annum, according to the QS TopMBA.com Jobs and Salary Trends Report.
However, when combined with annual bonuses, the construction/property sector nudges the average pay packets of MBA graduates working in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector into second place. While MBAs working in pharmaceuticals can expect to earn, on average US$118,150, their counterparts in construction enjoy US$119,300.
The report, which questions thousands ofMBA employers around the world each year, further highlights the pharmaceuticals and healthcare sector as having increased MBA job numbers by 18% in the past year, with a further 18% increase in the coming 12 months.
While pharmaceutical industries in most global regions increased their demand for MBA graduates during the past year, the increase is most evident in the Asia-Pacific region where demand for MBAs rose by 55%.
